Fixed a little display problem that messed up the display when there were
less than 10 days left till a holiday. Also fixed "1 days until" to read
"Tomorrow is". Spruced up the documentation in all versions. Added this
file to the distribution archive.

Fixed bug that wasn't correctly reading HOLIDAY.CFG

Added Full Moons and Friday the 13th's.
Fixed Winter, Summer, Spring, and Autumn to be on the correct day, not
just the usual day.

To upgrade from 1.5 to 2.0 - Just copy over the HOLIDAY.EXE file and add
the FULL.ANS and FR13.ANS files to the directory where you put all the
other ANSI files. Nothing else needs to be done.

Added 4 more years to the life of the program. It now expires on January
1st, 2001. Fixed several little nasties that would have shown up in July
and August. The first day of Winter screen only effected 1992, it should
display properly throughout the life of the program now. Also fixed a
couple of spelling errors.

To upgrade, just copy over the HOLIDAY.EXE file.

Added 13 user-definable Events (You make the screens for them).
Added ability to specify how long you want the screen to pause before
continuing (especially useful on extremely slow or extremely fast
machines). Added one more sample screen BDAY1.ANS for a custom birthdy.

Fixed countdown bug for Thanksgiving Day.
Changed a couple of screens to improve visual display on those holidays.
